Author: Mackenzie Lemieux

Mackenzie Lemieux is a research technician working in the lab of Dr. Kay Tye at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies. She is a graduate of Cornell University and an aspiring physician-scientist currently applying for her MD-PhD in neuroscience/neuroimmunology. One fact most people know about Mackenzie is that her favorite cells are microglia. When not in lab or leading SAID in STEM, Mackenzie runs, bikes, and volunteers at local hospitals.
